The plan
DetailsWe're keeping the doors open all day — drift in for lunch, roll in later, whatever suits. No fixed finish time; last ones standing decide when it's done.
Save the date
CalendarPop it in your calendar now — we'll fill in the venue once we know numbers.
On Apple Calendar or something else? Just jot it down: Friday 11 December 2026, from lunchtime.
Count us in
RSVPLet us know if you're able to make it, and roughly when you'll turn up. Can't make it? Say so and leave everyone a note.
Invite others
InviteKnow someone else who should be there? Generate them their own personal link — their name will already be filled in when they open it, and they're free to update it.
Worth a quick look at "Who's coming so far" below (and the invite tracker, if you can see it) first — so you're not creating a second link for someone who's already got one.
Send it however you like — text, WhatsApp, email.

Where should we go?
SuggestionsVenue's still open — drop a pub, an area, or a link, and we'll pick from what comes in. Add as many as you like.

Invite tracker & how it works
- No invites generated yet.
Your own code is the one admin code — only it can see this panel and download the CSV below. Anyone who's unlocked the page (including guests you invite) can generate a fresh link for one other person from the "Invite others" box — they type that person's name, and it travels with the link, so it's already filled in (editable) when the new person opens it.
The tracker above lists every link generated this way, whether they've replied yet, and what they said.
If someone opens the page again with a code they've used before, their previous reply is loaded back into the form so they can amend it — submitting again replaces what they shared last time rather than duplicating it.
Codes are never shown on the page itself — not in the RSVP list, not in the suggestions, nowhere — but they're recorded against each reply in the database and included as a column in the CSV download.
The optional email address people can leave with their RSVP works the same way — never shown publicly, but included as a column in the CSV download below, so you can reach people with updates closer to the day.
